As the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles payments to sellers on our behalf, after deducting applicable fees (e.g., Paddle’s transaction fees, taxes). Sellers receive payouts according to Paddle’s payout schedule, which is detailed in their seller agreement with Super Special Offer and Paddle. Sellers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate payout details (e.g., bank account or PayPal information).
- Complying with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy to avoid payment holds or account suspension.
- Maintaining low chargeback and dispute rates to ensure timely payouts.
