We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or damages caused by third-party sellers.
Any disputes or claims relating to seller-provided content are subject to our Dispute Resolution process and Paddle’s Buyer Protection policies.

4. Exclusions

Nothing in this page shall exclude or limit our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your system meets product requirements, for maintaining backups of your digital products, and for using products in accordance with intended purposes.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery of digital content (e.g., download link provided or credentials sent).

6. Agreement to Limitations

By purchasing or using our digital products and services, you acknowledge and agree to the limitations described in this page. Compliance with these limits ensures fair access to our marketplace and protects both buyers and the platform.
